Does the app work offline?

Yes. After an initial online load, Fluvaro caches data on your device. You can view the latest available data even without an Internet connection.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open the account panel (icon in the top right of the app), then tap "Manage subscription." You'll be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Where does the data come from?

Flow data comes from CEHQ (Centre d'expertise hydrique du Québec), tides are calculated using harmonic algorithms, and daily access comes from Manisoft. Solunar data is calculated using astronomical algorithms.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to info@fluvaroguide.com with your deletion request. We will delete your account and all associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe.

What devices are supported?

Fluvaro works on any modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. The app can be installed on your phone or tablet's home screen for a native-like experience.
